We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a full-time Home Health Visiting Nurse in Sylacauga, AL. In this role, the RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a home health setting or a related healthcare field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.

• Administer skilled nursing care, such as wound management, medication administration, and other necessary nursing procedures.

• Educate patients and their families on effective health management and disease prevention strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.

• Accurately and promptly document patient care in electronic medical records.

• Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and trends in home health care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Alabama.

• Minimum of one year of experience in the field of home health care or a related healthcare field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple patients.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records.

• Current CPR certification.
