We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Risk Management and Patient Safety to oversee the risk and patient safety programs for our hospital and associated entities.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent losses, identify and analyze risks, and manage liability claims for both general and healthcare professionals.

As the leader of the patient safety program, you will also be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and high reliability by leading initiatives to improve patient safety. This includes overseeing safety event reports, investigations, analyses, action plans, and follow-up to ensure compliance with regulations and patient safety principles.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Quality and Safety, administrators, directors, managers, providers, and staff members to develop effective strategies that enhance patient safety and mitigate risks.

Education Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• Completion of all required competencies and trainings for the role

Certification and Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse License
