TITLE: Emergency Room Nurse (RN)

Requirements:
• Completion of a professional nursing program
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Texas or immediate eligibility
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hiring, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification expected within 90 days
Hours and Compensation:
• Two positions available for 12-hour shifts, including night shifts (starting at 7pm) and rotating weekends
• Hourly salary ranges from $42.00 to $49.00, based on experience. Additional $4.50 shift differential for night shifts

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, under the guidance of the Charge Nurse
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care and treatment of assigned patients
• Serve as a patient advocate within the healthcare system
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to legal, ethical, professional, and institutional standards
• Contribute to the Quality Improvement and Service Excellence programs of the hospital
