Are you an experienced Nurse Leader with a passion for Mother Baby/Postpartum care?
We are currently seeking a dynamic RN Nurse Manager to oversee our Mother Baby unit and provide guidance and support to our clinical staff.

As the Mother Baby Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing care and ensuring the highest level of patient/customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for directing and supervising functions and activities in the assigned area.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is required.

Must possess a California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.

Additional experience may be required in certain areas based on specialty programs.
Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of clinical experience in the area of specialty.

Master’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
-
The ideal candidate will have Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager experience in OB, Postpartum, or L&D departments.

They should also have at least 1 year of RN experience in a hospital or acute care setting (excluding training/school/clinicals, etc).

In addition, a minimum of 2 years of direct RN clinical experience working in the Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department in a Hospital is required.
