Summary:
Efficiently and compassionately plans, provides, or supervises nursing care for patients. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals and departments, adheres to infection control policies, and upholds universal precautions. Demonstrates exceptional independence and minimal requirement for supervision.
Responsibilities:
Delivers direct patient care in compliance with physician orders, imbued with warmth and friendliness. Accurately records measurements and readings. Evaluates patients' conditions and administers appropriate treatments. Administers prescribed medications. Exhibits leadership qualities while fostering collaborative work with fellow caregivers. Maintains continual preparedness for HFAP inspections. Assists with patient rounds.
Qualifications:
Holds a BSN or ADN. Possesses an RN degree from Ohio. Holds a valid CPR certification or obtains one within 30 days of employment. Moreover, a requirement for Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) must be met within one year of employment.

There are numerous openings in various specialized fields of nursing. Full-time and part-time positions are available, catering to diverse scheduling needs, including day and night shifts. Full-time employees work 36 hours per week, with day shifts from 7am to 7:30pm and night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am. Part-time employees work a limited number of shifts per week.
Incentives:
Shift differentials of $3.50 per hour and $4.50 per hour are provided.
The hospital offers an hourly compensation range between $29.00 and $45.00, contingent upon educational attainment and experience. Additionally, an exceptional benefits package is extended to employees.
