Robotic Industrial Automation Engineering Project Manager

• Candidates must hold a four-year degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Eight or more years of experience in engineering project management, specifically in robotic automation or sales application engineering, is required
• Compensation up to $125,000
• Applicants must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders
• This is an onsite position, no remote work

Responsibilities of the successful candidate include:

• Developing project plans and schedules for industrial robotic automation projects
• Evaluating project resources and risks
• Assigning project resources and ensuring compliance with project standards and customer requirements
• Identifying and resolving problems to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Analyzing project performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Managing changes to project scopes and schedules
• Facilitating employee training and development
• Assisting in contract administration and job costing
• Traveling for customer site visits as required

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A four-year degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Eight or more years of experience in engineering project management, specifically in robotic automation or sales application engineering
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer site visits
• A strong work history
• US citizenship or Green Card holder status
• Residence within a 45-minute drive of the Pewaukee, WI area
