Roll Form Manager

Roll Form Supervisor
Salary : $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 + Quarterly Incentive
Competitive 401K - 10% or more

A well-established manufacturing company in Corpus Christi, Texas is currently hiring a Roll Form Supervisor to oversee the roll form application system and coordinate operations. This role will involve troubleshooting roll form and tube line operations at different locations and implementing continuous improvement strategies for new equipment, testing, and documentation control.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma/GED is required, College/University Engineering Degree is preferred

· Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Minimum of two (2) years of ISO experience is preferred

· Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality

· Comprehensive understanding of stamping application processes

· Familiarity with roll forming equipment and operations

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of information

· Proficient in gathering and monitoring information to make unbiased decisions and solve problems

· Fundamental computer literacy with knowledge of quality assurance/ISO software

· Dependability to consistently be punctual and reliable

· "Team" mentality with the ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality

· Close visual acuity and upper limb coordination with light to medium (5-20 lbs) lifting capacity during regular duties

· Experience and knowledge of roll forming and welded tube lines

· Ability to read tooling drawings and set up charts

· Strong mechanical knowledge is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support the company's Roll Forming application system by applying ISO processes and principles and complying with ASTM specification.

· Coordinate roll form application resources to assist different locations and operations.

· Assist the Operations department in improving roll form and equipment efficiency through machine and equipment evaluations and design changes.

· Collaborate with the Purchasing department on tooling and machine/equipment requirements, and work with external suppliers and vendors to develop components or raw materials for stamping applications.

· Provide technical knowledge and assistance for continual improvement projects involving new equipment, testing, and documentation control.

· Assist with roll forming application processes as necessary.
