Position: Plant Safety and Environmental Manager (Union - Manufacturing)

Location: Milton, PA

We are seeking an experienced Plant Safety and Environmental Manager (Union - Manufacturing) with at least 5 years of plant level EHS experience in a manufacturing setting (client will consider all general manufacturing operations). A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive culture change and serve as a hands-on leader and influencer. As the EHS Manager for our large union manufacturing plant, you will directly supervise a team of 4 EHS professionals. This is a highly valued and critical role within our company, and you will be responsible for implementing behavioral safety and health initiatives, creating and implementing new programs and systems, as well as providing training and related activities to enhance our facility's safety culture.

In addition to being a change agent, we are looking for someone with a leader-coach mentality and a team-oriented focus.

Key Requirements:

- At least 5 years of plant safety experience with a proven track record of success in general environmental compliance

- Ability to develop and execute a safety plan while prioritizing action items

- Previous experience in a manufacturing plant is required

- Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or technical field
