🔑 Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of experience in Safety and/or Quality Assurance

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and OSHA regulations

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable conducting plant safety/quality walk-throughs and audits

🏭 About the Role:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, compliance, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Safety / Quality Supervisor to take charge of plant-level safety and quality assurance operations. This critical role reports directly to senior management and serves as the ISO Management Representative, ensuring we meet or exceed compliance standards across the board.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct daily safety walk-throughs and quality inspections throughout the plant

• Test and examine product samples during production to ensure consistent quality

• Lead OSHA safety audits and identify opportunities for risk mitigation

• Monitor and track quality and safety metrics, identifying trends and corrective actions

• Develop and conduct training sessions on best practices for safety and quality

• Manage PPE distribution and safety checklist compliance across all shifts

• Maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems, forms, and documentation

• Facilitate internal and external audits and maintain compliance records

• Partner with HR on safety programs, return-to-work coordination, and workers’ comp

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and preventive action plans
