Responsibilities:

• Establish enduring connections with chefs, restaurant owners, and specialty grocers by delivering outstanding products tailored to their specific needs.
• Take charge of an existing customer base and focus on growing it through in-person visits and virtual outreach.
• Customize solutions to assist clients in creating their menus using our premium proteins.
• Allocate your time between managing accounts and acquiring new business. Expect to spend approximately half of your time prospecting for new clients initially.
• Expand your network across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois without specific territories.
• Stay updated on protein trends and help us distinguish ourselves from commodity-based competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and take part in weekly sales discussions.

Requirements:

• Preferred BA/BS degree
• Demonstrated background in food sales, preferably with direct experience working with chefs or restaurant owners.
• Ability to establish trust and maintain strong relationships.
• Goal-oriented individuals who thrive on exploring new earning potential.
• Proactive, independent, and capable of effectively managing time.
• Residing in or near Milwaukee to effectively cover this territory.
• Flexible and self-driven individuals who can bring their unique approach to business growth.
