POSITION: Commercial Plastic Packaging Sales Representative
LOCATION: Statesville, NC
We are a company specializing in plastic packaging solutions and are expanding our sales team in the United States. We are seeking a Sales Representative for our location in North Carolina.
Our solutions are utilized by various industries including retail/e-commerce, automated warehouses, food and beverage, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and paper/plastics.
We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of success in sales and can effectively sell to a diverse range of industries.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and persistent individual who possesses excellent persuasion skills and is dedicated to securing customer sales.
Responsibilities
· Sell commercial plastic products to a diverse range of industries
· Prospect new customers (90%)
· Develop existing customer relationships (10%)
· Responsibility for the Southeast region (NC, SC, VA, GA)
· Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
· Previous experience in sales within the plastic and/or packaging industry
· Proven ability to generate new business
· Demonstrated history of achieving sales goals
· Ability to foster a culture of success and goal achievement
· Knowledge of financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
