Sales Director – Global Electronics Distributor
This is a significant leadership role within our company, serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision that aligns with our ambitious goal of doubling our size every 3-5 years.

•Participate as an integral member of the USA leadership team.
•Develop and execute a strategy to double our size within 3 years.
•Focus on driving organic growth by developing a strong pipeline.
•Lead the recruitment, retention, and development of a high-performing sales team.
•Analyze and segment our customer base to enhance sales efficiency.
•Create and implement sales plans to maximize market penetration.
•Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively manage sales activities.
•Manage and track our pipeline through the CRM system and ERP.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives.
•Optimize profit margins through strategic pricing and efficient quoting.
•Maintain regular proactive communication with our customers.
•Ensure accurate recording of customer communication and sales visit reports in the CRM.
•Provide valuable input to the company's annual budget and reforecasting processes.
•Develop and implement framework agreements.
•Organize trade shows for the markets under your oversight.
•Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and feedback to drive growth and M&A opportunities.
•Manage sales and expenses in accordance with the budget.
•Research and recommend new products and solutions.
•Provide top-notch technical support to customers in a competitive manner.
