Qualifications –
Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers. Proficiency in the company's product and service offerings is essential. Must have a strong attendance record and be punctual. Ability to work effectively with others, while treating the public, customers, vendors, fellow employees, managers, and executive management with respect. Must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with team members.
Job Responsibilities -
· Create and present sales quotations to customers, including thermal design, cost analysis, terms and conditions, and clarification of specifications.
· Understand and evaluate customer needs to develop competitive and relevant proposals.
· Negotiate with customers to secure orders, considering the company's profitability and the ability to fabricate within the constraints of the quotation.
· Document all sales activities related to assigned proposals in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
· Adhere to the requirements of the Tender Review and Approval Process as necessary.
· Attend design verification meetings, if required, to ensure a smooth transition of order management to the Projects department.
· Stay updated with current industry trends, government regulations, and shop capabilities.
· Source and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with sub-suppliers during the quotation stage. Contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.
