We’re seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join a growing company known for delivering engineered solutions that optimize industrial and commercial systems. Based in the Appleton, WI area, you’ll manage a territory from Fond du Lac to Green Bay—building and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular service visits, technical support, and solution-based selling.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering technical support and engineered solutions

  • Manage and grow accounts in your territory through service-focused relationship building

  • Travel within your assigned territory daily (expect up to 3+ hours of driving)

  • Apply engineering knowledge—especially in water systems, automation, and process design—to solve customer problems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer needs and drive business growth

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction

  • Support company growth through strategic account management and goal achievement


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Environmental Engineering preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in commercial or industrial markets
    (Must include experience with industrial systems, manufacturing processes, or water-related systems such as high/low-pressure or water treatment)

  • Solid foundation in chemistry, mechanical engineering, automation, and system design

  • Proven success in managing mid-market or large accounts and exceeding sales targets

  • Outgoing, self-motivated personality with strong communication and customer service skills

  • Willingness to travel daily within your territory (up to 3+ hours driving)

  • Must live within 45 minutes of Appleton, WI

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
