Location: Seminole, FL
Our client is a leading financial services company that has consistently been recognized as a top employer for the past 9 years. They are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team in Seminole, Florida.
Candidate Profile:
- Education Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven track record of 2-5 years in successful outside sales, preferably in the title or real estate sectors.
- Qualifications:
- Highly energetic sales professional with a strong understanding of the sales process and a drive to achieve revenue targets.
- Knowledge of title insurance, real estate, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with sales database systems (such as Salesforce) and social media to manage and expand client relationships.
- Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions and effectively engage with clients in person and virtually.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel within assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base within the assigned territory by acquiring new customers and ensuring satisfaction and retention of existing clients.
- Utilize industry data to identify and generate targeted prospect lists from various sources.
- Implement a comprehensive outreach plan, including cold calling, networking, and meetings with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Create and deliver personalized presentations to address client needs and objectives.
- Promote brand awareness by attending industry events and participating in community activities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop effective local marketing materials and social media strategies.
