Desired Candidate:
- Education Requirements: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of successful sales experience in the residential real estate industry.
- Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Prior experience using Salesforce or similar sales CRM systems and leveraging social media platforms for effective business development.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers to build a strong client base.
- Research and develop targeted customer lists through networking, industry events, and lead-generation sources.
- Implement a strategic outreach plan that includes cold calling, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations to potential clients such as real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations customized to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Participate in industry events and networking functions to enhance visibility and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful local campaigns and strengthen brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
