Job Title: Sales Representative - Hospice / Home Health

We are searching for individuals who can effectively sell either our Hospice or Home Health services, with the opportunity for lucrative bonus compensation. This position is available for both Home Health and Hospice Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking high-energy, compassionate professionals with sales and marketing expertise.
• Your role will involve promoting our unique programs and services in either Hospice or Home Health, by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who may refer to our services.

Qualifications:

• We prefer local candidates who have established referral sources in the area.
• A proven track record of promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services, with at least 2 years of successful experience.
• An ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• An ability to work independently.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A stable work history, with verifiable performance.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospice and/or Home Health Sales (REQUIRED).
