Sales Representative - Hospice / Home Health

You have the opportunity to sell either our hospice or home health services, with each line offering its own bonus compensation plans.

We are currently seeking Home Health and Hospice Sales Representatives. We offer a highly competitive base salary and lucrative bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for compassionate sales and marketing professionals with high energy.
• Your main responsibility will be to promote our unique programs and services in either Hospice or Home Health by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who may refer individuals to hospice care.

Qualifications:

• Must be local with well-established referral sources.
• A proven track record of promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services is required, with at least 2 years of successful experience.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Stable work history, with proven and verifiable performance.

Experience:

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
