Job Title: Sales Representative - Hospice / Home Health

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for Hospice and Home Health services. This position offers competitive base salary and attractive bonus opportunities. The ideal candidates should have experience in sales and marketing, as well as a compassionate nature.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners who refer or have the potential to refer patients to our Hospice or Home Health programs.
• Promote and educate others about the unique programs and services offered by our Hospice or Home Health division.

Qualifications:

• Must have an established network of referral sources within the local area.
• Demonstrated success in promoting and selling Hospice and/or Home Health services, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to build and strengthen relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven, verifiable performance and stable work history.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospice and/or Home Health sales (REQUIRED).
