Our client is a reputable financial services company renowned for being ranked a Fortune 100 "Best Company to Work For" for nine consecutive years. They are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join their sales team in Clearwater, Florida.
Candidate Profile:
- Education Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably within the title or real estate industry.
- Qualifications:
- We are seeking a high-energy sales professional with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and a strong drive to achieve revenue targets.
- Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity in title insurance, real estate, or related fields.
- Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships is essential.
- The ability to adapt strategies to changing conditions and effectively connect with clients both in-person and virtually is crucial.
- A valid driver's license is required for territory travel.
What You’ll Do:
- You will be responsible for developing and managing a designated territory by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
- Utilize industry data to identify and compile targeted lists of potential customers, utilizing leads from a variety of sources.
- Implement a comprehensive outreach plan through cold calling, networking events, and virtual/in-person meetings with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and other industry stakeholders.
- Customize and deliver tailored presentations to various client audiences, adapting content to effectively meet client needs and objectives.
- Maintain visibility in the local market by attending relevant industry functions and actively participating in community events to foster connections and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to create impactful local marketing materials and social media strategies that align with overall sales objectives.
