💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and pursue new business in both established and untapped markets

  • Leverage creative outreach techniques to connect with potential clients

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and industry stakeholders

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience

  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, gathering competitive insights

  • Deliver engaging sales presentations that clearly communicate value

  • Track leads and activity in our CRM system to stay organized and proactive


🧠 What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (a plus)

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (metal polishing, fabrication, or industrial/construction industries preferred)

  • Proven ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline

  • Strategic mindset with a passion for delivering measurable results
