Sales Strategy Analyst – Industrial components
📍 Location: Skokie, IL | Hybrid (3 days in office)
💰 Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 + Bonus Potential


Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • 2+ years in sales support, analytics, or a customer-facing role

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP, ERP, or Power BI is a major plus

  • Background in manufacturing or B2B environments

  • Willingness to travel 10–15% for customer visits and industry events

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze customer performance, shipment trends, and market behaviors to fuel smarter sales strategies

  • Build dashboards, reports, and insights that guide business decisions and customer conversations

  • Create sales collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials that support relationship building

  • Keep communication and collaboration flowing between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

  • Use tools like Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other systems to turn raw data into real results

  • Attend key customer meetings and trade events (up to 15% travel)
