🛫 Travel Required: 6–10 nights/month

🚨 Must-Haves (Please Read Before Applying):

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in scale maintenance, construction, or material handling systems

• Ability to travel up to 10 nights per month to multiple facility locations

• Willing to work on-site Monday through Friday in Omaha, NE

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working safely at heights (up to 200 ft)

• Comfortable in dusty, loud, or confined spaces while wearing PPE

What You'll Do

• Manage and enhance the Scale Maintenance Program across multiple sites

• Ensure full compliance with Weights & Measures regulations (local, state, federal)

• Collaborate with Operations and EHS teams to drive proactive safety initiatives

• Provide input and technical support for capital improvement projects

• Oversee and negotiate with third-party contractors for scale servicing

• Standardize maintenance practices and ensure high-quality infrastructure

• Analyze and evaluate weigh systems to support effective maintenance planning

• Report regularly on compliance, repair activities, and operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in grain handling or agriculture-related environments

• Skilled in reading blueprints, managing service agreements, and leading contractors

• Strong computer skills in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and databases

• Degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
