Our team is expanding, and we are in search of the finest Speech Therapist to provide exceptional care to our remarkable patients.

Speech-language pathologists are proficient in communication and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities or those who have undergone traumatic events resulting in speech, voice, or swallowing impairments.

Role Description

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing challenges.
  • Devise and execute effective treatment plans.
  • Counsel patients and their families regarding test results and recommended treatment options.
  • Establish clear understanding, expectations, and treatment goals for patients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports of all patient visits.
  • Allocate appropriate tasks to support staff.
  • Adhere to state guidelines by maintaining communication with staff and external organizations.
  • Refer patients to specialized medical professionals, such as dentists or psychologists, if required.

License or Certification:
You must possess a valid SLP certificate on or before your first day of employment.
Additionally, you should have CPR certification, a TB skin test, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
Education, Training, and Experience:

Minimum requirement: Completion of an Associate degree or a Speech-Language Pathology certificate program.
Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
