🚨 Must-Haves:

  • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience in energy performance contracting, sustainability consulting, or energy efficiency solutions

  • Proven track record of closing large, multi-year deals at the C-suite level

  • Strong financial and business acumen—ability to translate technical offerings into ROI-focused proposals

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus)

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

🚀 What You’ll Own

  • Drive full-cycle sales for complex, performance-based energy solutions

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers in key verticals: commercial, industrial, and institutional

  • Consult with clients to understand operational, financial, and environmental goals

  • Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to deliver winning proposals

  • Manage pipeline and reporting via Salesforce, TAS, and account planning tools

  • Contribute to GTM strategy, mentor junior sellers, and support territory expansion

  • Be the face of the project from proposal through implementation
