A well-established Southeastern Regional Law-firm with a national practice is seeking an experienced Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join their collaborative Business Litigation team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Qualifications:
- Must have a JD from a highly-regarded law school with a strong academic background. Having participated in Moot Court or Law Review is a plus.
- With at least 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial and business litigation, the ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of legal nuances in this area.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of representing clients in a variety of business and commercial matters before state and federal courts.
- Experience in handling data privacy, security, and compliance, internal investigations, white collar criminal defense cases, as well as a range of commercial disputes including contract breaches, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, unfair and deceptive trade practices, etc. is highly desirable.
- Superb communication skills, exceptional research and writing abilities, and a willingness to work independently as well as within a collaborative litigation team are necessary.
