Job Description:

• Lead the entire process of luxury residential construction projects, with a particular focus on wood-frame over-podium builds.
• Supervise project planning, control the budget, and ensure adherence to the schedule to achieve on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Implement value engineering and cost-saving strategies throughout all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA, to foster a secure work environment.
• Manage contract negotiations, develop project scopes, and handle RFQs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.
• Utilize construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project) to monitor progress and efficiency.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 6 years of experience in project management, particularly in wood-frame, luxury multi-unit residential construction.
• Proficient in using Procore, Microsoft Project, and other relevant construction technologies.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of value engineering and budget management.
