Exciting Opportunity for Senior Corporate Associate Partner in Miami, FL

Remote or On-Site, Full-Time or Part-Time Contract Position at a Boutique Firm based in South Florida

Job Summary:

We have an exciting contract opportunity available for an experienced Corporate Attorney at a highly respected boutique corporate law firm in Florida. This role can be performed remotely or on-site, and offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a JD program at a top 50 law school with a strong academic record;
• Demonstrated energy, motivation, and a passion for working in a fast-paced national and international corporate transactions practice;
• Active membership in the Florida Bar is mandatory;
• Ability to work closely with partners, support deals, collaborate with other attorneys and staff, and manage client transactions directly;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in international, M&A, private equity, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 200 firm or similar prestigious law firm;
• Additional experience in commercial real estate law is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment;
• Background in international corporate law or commercial real estate law is preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Thomson Reuters AI tools, and familiarity with legal software;
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required;
