Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Work from Home Opportunity

Location: Lancaster, Ohio

Salary: $80-90K

Job Summary of the Senior Financial Analyst: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financial records, conducting cost analysis, ensuring inventory accuracy, and complying with internal controls.

Qualifications of the Senior Financial Analyst:

· Perform cost analysis and inventory valuation

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standard costs

· Calculate and analyze resin related rebates and usage

· Conduct cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis

· Perform inventory reconciliations and recommend cost-saving measures

· Manage capitalized variance calculation and inventory audits

· Coordinate annual physical inventory and cycle count process

· Provide summary of physical inventory adjustments and ensure data accuracy in item master records

· Review pricing, margins, and inventory transactions for accuracy

· Assist with system integrations and resolve inventory valuation issues

· Support month-end close activities and journal entries

· Develop gross margin reporting and assist in financial audits

· Implement internal controls and participate in system enhancements

· Collaborate with stakeholders on data reporting and ad hoc requests

· Maintain confidentiality, comply with regulations, and support company operations

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience in various areas

· Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems

· Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of standard costs in a manufacturing environment

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

· This is a hybrid remote role with a combination of in-office and remote work
