Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)

  • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, production, or manufacturing

  • Deep understanding of production processes, SPC, cost control, and process optimization

  • Proven success leading high-performance teams across production, quality, engineering, and supply chain functions

  • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Ability to drive KPI development, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities


Lead Operational Excellence at the Executive Level
We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight across our Remanufacturing, Production, Quality, and Engineering divisions. This is a high-impact executive role reporting to the C-suite, with responsibility for aligning day-to-day operations with long-term business goals.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping operational strategy, driving performance improvements, and ensuring scalability across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team in alignment with the company’s mission and values

  • Develop and execute long-term operational strategies that support organizational growth and profitability
