Additionally, we support and disseminate research on meditation and wellness practices to positively impact the global community.

Position Overview:

As the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Innergy app. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue growth.

Revenue Generation:

Expand sales and market presence for the Innergy app and future offerings to drive revenue growth.

Implement effective sales programs for both B2B and B2C segments.

Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.

Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Team Leadership:

Build and inspire a high-performing global sales and marketing team.

Implement effective sales programs for both B2B and B2C segments.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement a global sales and marketing strategy for Innergy.

Evaluate new market opportunities for our products/services.

Create market entry strategies and establish partnerships.

Explore and cultivate strategic partnerships for long-term growth.

Mobile App Excellence:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Innergy to become a market leader in the mobile app industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the app's features, user experience, and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing management for both B2B and B2C sectors.

Prior experience with mobile app sales is advantageous.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience in a global sales and marketing organization.

Extensive experience in developing and implementing revenue-generating sales and marketing strategies.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
