Senior Finance Associate Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Associate Attorney to join their Finance practice group in Atlanta. This position presents an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team and contribute to the growth of the firm’s finance practice.

Candidate Profile:

• Must have a JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic background.
• Must be admitted to the Bar in a state with a major metropolitan city where the firm has an office (GA, MD, FL, MA, SC, NC, IL, OH, SC, TX, CO, WV, MN, TN, NY, PA, CA, D.C.)
• Minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in finance, representing both bank and non-bank lenders.
• Preferred experience in representing lenders in commercial real estate or secondary-market transactions, although not mandatory.
• Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation for bank and non-bank lenders in complex finance transactions.
• Offer counsel to clients in commercial real estate financing and secondary-market transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and provide strategic advice on finance-related matters.
• Collaborate within a team environment to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of excellent service.
