Senior Transportation Engineer (Highway)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Transportation Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in client management, team leadership, and transportation engineering projects involving agencies such as PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.

💰 Competitive Salary: $140k - $148k+ (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals.
• Oversee all phases of transportation project development, from planning and design to execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support project teams.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client outreach.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in transportation engineering.
• Proven track record in client management, particularly with PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
• Strong background in team supervision and leadership.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
