The Senior Industrial Cost Analyst is responsible for conducting thorough and precise cost analyses for various industrial projects, focusing on materials, labor, and equipment. This role will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to assess project requirements, determine resource needs, and calculate overall project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive and accurate cost analyses for industrial projects
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to understand project scope, identify resource requirements, and calculate overall project cost
• Evaluate and analyze project blueprints and specifications
• Determine costs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare and deliver timely and budget-friendly estimates to clients
• Manage and monitor the bidding process
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in conducting cost analyses for industrial projects
• Deep understanding of industrial materials, labor, and equipment costs
• Excellent knowledge of construction blueprints and specifications
• Ability to create comprehensive and competitive cost estimates
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
