We are seeking an experienced Lead Trial Attorney to join our growing real estate law firm located in Milwaukee, WI. Job Responsibilities:

• Submit a cover letter outlining your skills and background
• Maintain active law license in the state of Wisconsin
• Bring 8+ years of relevant litigation experience in areas such as real estate, corporate, contract law, or civil matters involving governmental organizations
• Demonstrate a track record of dedication and hard work in previous roles
• Have prior experience with Microsoft operating systems and other advanced software
• Be available during business hours and occasionally for evening and weekend client meetings
• Show excellent interpersonal skills

Key Qualifications:

• Effectively manage a high volume of cases and oversee administrative staff
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and handle assigned cases, including those personally originated, across a diverse portfolio
• Lead corporate meetings with clients
• Proficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates on case status
• Expected to handle all aspects of a matter, including drafting complaints and answers, discovery, witness preparation, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, conducting trials, and handling appellate work
