We are currently seeking a highly experienced and talented individual to fill the position of Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer at a leading food manufacturing company located in Visalia, CA. As the Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing maintenance programs that will enhance overall maintenance practices and processes, ultimately increasing and sustaining equipment up-time and plant utilities functions. In this position, you will provide strong leadership and direction to the reliability function, ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient utilization of all resources under your control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Build and foster strong working relationships with Maintenance Leadership, Planners, Storeroom personnel, Engineers, Operators, and Mechanics.

·Facilitate communication and interaction between mechanics, operators, Team Leaders, and Managers.

·Create a proactive work environment that actively involves mechanics in the planning, coordination, and execution of work.

·Develop and manage the maintenance budget to optimize spending and achieve agreed-upon capacity and asset reliability.

·Analyze operational data and equipment performance history to identify opportunities for improvement in critical maintenance-related metrics/KPIs.

·Manage the reliability workforce, including developing succession plans, conducting skills assessments, and providing training opportunities.

·Develop, recommend, and implement strategies for improving the reliability of manufacturing processes and the preventative maintenance program.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

·Experience managing ammonia refrigeration systems, conducting process hazard analysis, and ensuring process safety management.

·Proven accountability for Controls and/or Instrumentation teams.

·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
