Tax Senior Manager

A reputable accounting firm listed in the Top 50 by Accounting Today magazine and recognized as a Top 100 registered investment advisory by Financial Advisor Magazine. Our dedicated team of professionals has fostered numerous client relationships with utmost care and support. We are looking for a candidate who aspires to become a Partner within two years.

$150,000 - $170,000 + Bonus

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong desire and potential to achieve Partner status in a two-year timeframe
• Over eight years of prior experience in public accounting
• Extensive expertise in Income Tax Provisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with various accounting software
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients
• CPA designation or law degree required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage closely with clients and colleagues to deliver innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals and businesses in a timely and efficient manner
• Specialize in preparing individual and business tax returns, with a focus on flow-through entities

• Ensure complete client and team satisfaction through transparent communication, efficient deadline management, and proactive sharing of tax-saving strategies
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and staff on client management, professional development, and business growth initiatives
• Supervise and lead a team of associates and senior associates to effectively manage responsibilities and meet deadlines on client engagements
• Develop skills to attract new clients and promote the firm's services and products, while fostering business expansion with existing clients
• Stay updated on legislative and professional changes, and provide clients with consulting services on potential implications
• Participate in networking events to facilitate client development and represent the firm professionally in the business community
• Exhibit unwavering commitment to the firm's culture, values, and principles of client service
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, intuition, and resourcefulness to inspire others and encourage their skill development
