An innovative and dynamic Marketing Director is needed for our client, a rapidly expanding law firm located in New Orleans, LA. This pivotal role requires someone who can effectively utilize technology and creative content to enhance the firm's brand across its 16 offices, ensuring consistent messaging to clients, prospects, employees, and communities. Working closely with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer and other key stakeholders, the Marketing Director will lead a talented team of marketing professionals.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that are aligned with the firm's strategic goals and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
• Overseeing external communications, media relations, and public relations strategies to increase the firm's visibility and establish thought leadership.
• Driving the firm's digital presence through the use of emerging technologies, effective CRM management, and optimized social media and email campaigns.
• Collaborating with leadership to craft internal messages, foster collaboration among teams, and support initiatives that strengthen the firm's culture.
• Managing sponsorships, charitable engagements, and strategic marketing expenditures to enhance the firm's connections with the community.
• Mentoring a high-performing marketing team to promote growth and success, while collaborating with other stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
• A proven expertise in branding, media relations, digital marketing, and content strategy.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
