Work Remotely, Part-Time, or Full-Time at a boutique law firm based in Florida. Our team consists of former senior attorneys from large firms, and we utilize cutting-edge legal technology in a collaborative and friendly environment.

Job Description:
This prestigious Miami-based law firm is seeking a highly experienced corporate attorney (from Senior Associate to Senior Partner level) for a fully remote, part-time, or full-time position that focuses on corporate and commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Top 50 U.S. law school.
- Must have the energy, drive, and willingness to work in a fast-paced national and international corporate transactions practice.
- Florida Bar membership is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (preferably more senior) in various areas of international, M&A, general corporate, or related transactional law. Preferably, this experience should be from an AmLaw 200 or other prominent law firms.
- Strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Candidates will have direct interaction with partners, assist with transactions, and manage client deals.
- No need to have an existing book of business.
The attorney will support various corporate, business, M&A, corporate governance, and international matters by utilizing cutting-edge legal technology. A successful candidate may have the opportunity for a long-term arrangement with significant financial prospects.
