As a technical leader on site, you’ll work cross-functionally to address production constraints, lead troubleshooting initiatives, and ensure the implementation of best-in-class practices in process design and control.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce variability

• Develop and implement process control strategies and functional descriptions

• Identify and lead initiatives for waste reduction, yield improvement, and throughput enhancement

• Troubleshoot complex operational issues and communicate solutions clearly to cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with R&D on new product development, plant trials, and commercialization efforts

• Partner with QA to improve in-process and finished product analytical instrumentation

• Work with Maintenance to ensure equipment and process control points operate reliably

• Coach, train, and support team members through buddy training and process knowledge sharing

• Prioritize food safety and sanitation in all job functions and contribute to root cause analysis

• Always promote and practice a safety-first mindset

🧠 Skills & Experience:

• Strong math and statistical skills with the ability to analyze production data

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical software tools

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team settings

• Experience conducting mass balances and applying Lean or Six Sigma tools is a strong plus

• Experience in dairy manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments is preferred
