We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to join our team in Providence, RI. As the Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects within our organization.   • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Act as the project lead, overseeing and coordinating all activities related to environmental engineering projects.
  • Perform field tasks, including site investigation, surveying, and construction monitoring.
  • Manage all project phases, from initial due diligence to final closeout and monitoring.
  • Conduct investigations of soil and groundwater to assess project requirements.
  • Monitor and document construction projects to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize technical expertise to perform calculations, analyze data, and make informed recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, and bid documents.
  • Develop construction plans and estimate project costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Environmental Scientist.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) program and site remediation management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification is a plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years in site remediation management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Environmental Scientist.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in environmental engineering, including site investigation and permitting.
Education:
  • Master's degree (preferred).
