Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Lead Construction Coordinator
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a focus on vertical construction. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of managing large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, distribution centers, data centers, or mid-rise structures.
Responsibilities:
o Provide strong leadership throughout the construction process
o Utilize problem solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges
o Manage priorities and ensure organizational efficiency with attention to detail
o Demonstrate proficiency in BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project
o Communicate effectively through both verbal and written channels
o Lead project teams to successfully achieve project goals
o Negotiate and manage contracts to represent the company with clients
o Possess a well-rounded understanding of various construction disciplines
o Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction management experience
o Experience with medium to large projects ($20M+)
o Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
