Data Center Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in vertical construction, specifically in large-scale data center builds. If you have a track record of managing $20M+ commercial projects and know how to lead teams with precision and confidence, we want to hear from you.

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Lead complex, high-stakes data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with owners, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Utilize tools like BIM, Primavera, MS Project, and Excel to plan, track, and communicate project progress.

• Navigate contract negotiations and effectively represent our firm with clients.

🔧 What You Bring:

• 10+ years in commercial construction management.

• Experience with $20M+ vertical construction projects—data center experience highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of construction management software and scheduling tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
