We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the success of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. 🔑 Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction

• Experience with multifamily and/or student housing projects

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Solid background in budgeting, scheduling, safety, and team management

• PMP certification a plus

🔨 What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle project execution—from pre-construction planning to final handoff

• Collaborate with owners, field teams, subs, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

• Manage budgets, schedules, and safety standards

• Conduct site visits, subcontractor meetings, and quality control reviews

• Mentor junior PMs and build high-performance teams

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure smooth communication at all levels
