Commercial Construction Senior Scheduler

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead scheduling efforts on large-scale commercial projects or multiple smaller initiatives.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules in Primavera P6, integrating input from project teams and trade partners.

• Create detailed baseline schedules, conceptual schedules, and 3D modeling-based plans to guide project delivery.

• Analyze design deliverables, procurement timelines, and construction activities to identify and resolve scheduling risks.

• Review subcontractor and vendor updates for accuracy and alignment with overall project goals.

• Provide internal and external reporting on schedule status, forecasts, and performance trends.

• Recommend adjustments or workarounds to keep projects on track and aligned with key milestones.

✅ What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction scheduling.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP cost management systems.

• Strong knowledge of construction planning, logistics, and workflow.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred).

• Bonus: Experience with 3D modeling for construction planning.
