Key Responsibilities

Platform Leadership & Strategy

• Architect and own the overall design and roadmap of the ServiceNow platform

• Align platform capabilities with evolving business needs and best practices

• Ensure scalability, performance, and audit readiness

ServiceNow Implementation & Optimization

• Lead the implementation of core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, TPRM

• Build custom apps, workflows, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub

• Drive upgrades and maintain optimal platform performance and compliance

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders across IT, Security, Finance, Engineering, and HR

• Serve as the technical liaison to executive leadership, communicating platform value and progress

Mentorship & Governance

• Guide and mentor engineers while promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation

• Establish and enforce governance, documentation standards, and best practices

• Champion continuous improvement and stay ahead of new ServiceNow trends and features

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with strong expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC

• Skilled in JavaScript, Glide, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and SASS

• Proven ability to lead large-scale ServiceNow projects and mentor teams

• Proficient in scripting with Perl and Python in Linux environments

• Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, and ITIL processes

• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies

• Strong communicator, able to translate complex tech into business value

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, etc.)

• ITIL v3/v4

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Additional Info

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens/Green Card holders preferred; H-1B transfer considered for exceptional candidates
