Our client is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their in-house service team located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and customer support for their product lines. The compensation for this position ranges between $25.00 - $29.50 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities. Benefits, profit sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years are also offered.

Your main responsibilities will include performing maintenance, calibration, and repair on assigned product lines, providing phone support and troubleshooting for customers, traveling to customer sites within the Eastern Region as needed, and handling administrative tasks related to service work.

Qualified candidates must have good communication and customer service skills, experience in troubleshooting electronics and working with schematics, test equipment, and tools. An engineering or related technical degree (BS or AS) is required. The ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight travel, along with a valid driver's license and passport, is also necessary.
