Job Title: Civil Site Engineer - Location: Tulsa


We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects at the local, regional, and national levels. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for tackling various site development challenges, leading large projects, and mentoring junior staff. Additionally, you will play a key role in refining our design processes and templates, enhancing efficiency and ensuring high-quality results. If you are a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer with proficient AutoCAD & Civil3D skills and a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions, we encourage you to apply.


· Utilize AutoCAD & Civil3D software to create and modify site plans, grading layouts, utility designs, and construction documents.

· Collaborate with our team of Civil Engineers to analyze sites, integrate survey data, and ensure compliance with regulations.

· Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design options, and address any concerns they may have.

· Conduct thorough quality checks on your own work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide support during the construction phase.

· Stay up to date with software advancements and industry trends to ensure the use of the latest tools and techniques.

· You will collaborate closely with our Director of Civil, Deputy Director of Civil, and other peer team leads.

· You will also interact with clients, contractors, city officials, and regulatory authorities as needed.


· A minimum of 5 years' experience in civil site development is required.

· Proficiency in using AutoCAD & Civil3D for complex site designs and construction document preparation.

· Strong understanding of site development principles and regulatory requirements.

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects independently.

Education: An engineering degree is preferred, although not required. A degree or certification in civil engineering, drafting, or a related field would be advantageous.
