About the Role:

We’re looking for a Civil Engineer – Site who thrives on turning complex challenges into tangible solutions. In this role, you'll take the lead on civil design projects including site layouts, grading and drainage, paving, utilities, and more. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of engineers, surveyors, planners, and architects—and play a critical role from concept through construction.

You’ll Be Solving Problems Like:

• Designing a 30” sewer system to support a growing city

• Engineering the site for a 23-story hotel

• Transforming wooded acreage into a luxury campground

• Preventing flood risk for a critical substation

• Developing large-scale residential complexes from the ground up

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil engineering design and calculations

• Manage projects, timelines, and client communications

• Oversee and mentor staff on CAD, surveying, QA/QC, and design standards

• Conduct site investigations and coordinate permitting with agencies

• Write construction specifications, bid items, and cost estimates

• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and construction progress

• Draft proposals and identify service opportunities with clients
