Your Impact: As a Clinical Primary Therapist, you’ll provide individual and group therapy to clients ages 5 and up in an outpatient mental and behavioral health setting. You’ll play a key role in assessment, treatment planning, and helping clients on their path to recovery. Our therapists foster a safe, caring, and supportive environment while working closely with families and care teams to ensure the best outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LMSW or LCSW license in New York State

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or hospital setting (3+ years preferred)

• Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Art Therapy (PhD preferred)

• Valid NYS driver’s license, clean driving record

• BLS certification (required during clinical orientation)

• CPI certification (within 90 days of hire)

Compensation:

• LMSW: $36.20 – $40.49 per hour (based on experience)

• LCSW: $31.55 – $42.52 per hour (based on experience)
